New Date For Khan world title fight. Amir Khan will challenge Andreas Kotelnik for the world light-welterweight title! Khan, who defeated Mexican legend Marco Antonio Barrera – the WBO No 1 and WBA No 3 ranked fighter at the time, will step up a division to light-welterweight to challenge the WBA champion on 18th July MEN Arena Manchester. Kotelnik won the title by defeating Gavin Rees in 2008.
